Background Checks – $250
- Social Security Trace
The SSN Trace is a search of credit bureau and public records databases to determine what names are associated with a particular SSN. In addition, the SSN Trace is used to uncover the address history of the candidate. This is not a check of the Social Security Administration’s databases.
- Criminal Convictions within the last 7 years
The County Criminal Records search is a search of criminal records in the states and/or counties the candidate has resided over the last seven years, as uncovered by the SSN Trace. The majority of records returned are convictions; it generally does not include charges or arrests that do not result in a conviction.
- Credit History
The Credit History is obtained from the U.S. Credit Bureaus and provides a summary and detailed information related to the candidate’s financial liabilities.
- Education Verification
The Education Verification verifies the institution identified, dates attended, major areas of study and degree earned.
- Driving History
The Driving History check reports the following information, for the state where the license being checked was issued: status of the operator’s driving privileges, restrictions, expiration date, license type/class, endorsements, suspensions or revocations, violations, accidents, and DUI’s. If a candidate has ever had an incident in a state other than where the license was issued, the incident will not be returned, since most states do not have reciprocity.
Child Development Interview & Written Evaluation – $200
Nanny Check will conduct a thorough interview that targets a nanny’s knowledge of child development, ability to handle common nanny challenges, level of creativity, style of care giving and more. Our report will include a detailed account of your nanny’s strengths and her commitment to her job.
Reference Checking – $150 (includes 3 references)
At NannyCheck, we speak directly to references about your candidate. Critical to the babysitter background screening, we utilize a carefully developed format to determine the genuineness of a reference, the caregiver’s strengths and limitations and her ability to communicate with both parents and children.
Training – $50
NannyCheck offers your caregivers a health and safety training program that reviews best practices in the nanny industry.
