We really enjoyed having Sharon watch our baby! She was on time, organized and professional. She kept a diary for her time with our daughter - which I really appreciated! She was very lively and detail oriented. Although I did not have complicated specific instructions, it was clear that Sharon was interested and willing to do whatever I asked of her. We would LOVE to have Sharon back. I may even ask her to give my mother in law some tips or help with the first few days of childcare when I go back to work full time. Thanks also to the staff with whom I spoke at Parents in a Pinch for making the process go so easily.

I was a skeptic about Parents in a Pinch. In fact, I had taken many days off from work rather than use services provided by Parents in a Pinch -- I didn't want to leave my child with a stranger. Now, I wish I had used the service much, much sooner. Courtney was terrific and the staff that helped arrange Courtney also terrific. Very professional and helpful. I will be using Parents in a Pinch again and would recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Jeanne was a dream. She definitely did provide me with peace of mind, and I am not an easy one in that respect! I asked her to come a second day, and would ask her to come again, definitely. The kids totally enjoyed their time with her and she was lovely to me, so reassuring. I can't thank you enough for your service. I have to say it just makes me nervous to call someone unknown "in a pinch" but everyone you have sent over (in particular Jeanne and Anne) has been so terrific.

Carrie arrived the first day with games to introduce to the kids. She sat with each of them to learn about their interests, etc. She was very engaging and the kids enjoyed her company a great deal. She had a keen sense of where the kids were and took her cues from them to keep them engaged. She interacted and played extremely well with the children, and they were sad to see her leave, and thrilled to see her return the next morning.

My 2.5 yr old son has had the same nanny since birth, so I was nervous with him being with a new caregiver for a week. He loved Rosana from the moment he met her. She was able to connect with him right away and figured out how to do things with him that he was interested in. He also has very specific dietary requirements (as in he is on a high fat/calorie diet) - Rosana was very creative when thinking about meals for him and came up with one of his now-favorite high calorie meals! She really was fantastic!
