Screening and Training
Choosing a person to care for your children is never easy for a parent. We're parents, too, and select only those experienced, fun, flexible and responsible caregivers who we would be happy to use ourselves.
Our screening process is extensive. All candidates have a personal interview, their childcare-related references are thoroughly checked and they complete our own award-winning health and safety program. We verify social security numbers and do a criminal background check, as well. Only those caregivers who successfully complete this process and we know will adhere to the very best practices in the childcare industry become Parents in a Pinch childcare providers.
