Childcare at the HBS Reunion
During the 2010 reunion festivities, your children are invited to participate in wonderful daytime and evening programs that are designed especially for them! There are a variety of activities: active games, arts and crafts, unique toys and imaginative play. If you prefer, you may reserve a Parents in a Pinch caregiver who can come to you, giving your child one-on-one attention! Parents in a Pinch caregivers are experienced, warm, fun and are trained in childhood health and safety. Your kids may participate in any of these activities:
Daytime Group Childcare (Open during the day, located on campus)
Pajama Parties (Available during the evening at the Westin Copley Hotel)
Individual Babysitting (Available anytime in your hotel or at home in Boston)
Rates
Daytime Group Childcare: (There is 4-hour minimum charge)
$15.00/hour for children 1 year +
Pajama Party:
$65 per evening for children 3 years +
$80 for children under 3 years
Takes place at the Westin Copley Hotel
Pajama Parties will include snacks and beverages. Children should eat dinner prior to arrival.
Childcare by Individual Babysitter: (There is 4-hour minimum charge)
Babysitter fee: $15.00 per hour for up to 2 children, and $1.00/hr more for each additional child.
There is a $35.00 referral fee per session paid to agency by credit card.
Pre-registration for childcare is required. Please click here to register. The deadline for registration is May 21, 2010. An additional fee of $30.00 will be charged for registrations, changes or cancellations after that date. There will be no refunds after May 28, 2010.
Once your registration form is received you will be contacted via e-mail with a follow up form; childcare is not confirmed until we receive your credit card information.
