Nanny Check

Background Checks - $250
We check for evidence of criminal convictions in the past 7 years following a Social Security trace of where the nanny has lived. We will obtain an education verification, check credit history and complete a driving history evaluation.
Interview and Report - $200
Our unique, detailed interview, developed over 20 years of experience, targets a nanny's knowledge of child development, ability to handle common nanny challenges, level of creativity, style of discipline and more. Our report is a detailed account of your nanny's strengths, knowledge of child development, style of care giving and commitment to her job.
Training - $125
KidCare @ Home - our very own award winning health and safety program - is an interactive CD-ROM that reviews the most important caregiving practices in a lively way. The program covers topics such as first aid, household safety, positive discipline strategies and styles of care giving. A completion report evaluates your nanny's style of caregiving.
Reference Checking - $150 (includes 3 references)
A trained member of our staff speaks directly to references by phone. Our carefully developed format determines the genuineness of a reference, the caregiver's strengths and limitations, her ability to communicate with both employer and children effectively and more. We recommend three recent, solid references from a nanny candidate.
