  Corporate adult and eldercare benefits

As the country’s population ages and its employment demographics change, more and more workers will need temporary backup adult and eldercare for family members. Currently one third of the workforce has caregiving responsibilities for an aging family member, and over half of the U.S labor force will be caregivers within the next five years.

Is your organization addressing the challenges and costs of employee caregiving?

Parents in a Pinch provides your employees with quality in-home adult and elder backup care services to be an immediate resource when they most need it. Adult and eldercare backup services are a cost-effective benefit that will enhance employee productivity, retention, and job satisfaction. Eighty seven percent of employees surveyed reported that the adult care benefit through Parents in a Pinch enhanced their productivity at work.

Kudos from a Corporate Client

I just wanted to take a few seconds to tell you what a wonderful experience I have had using this organization, and in particular, Susan Doolittle, who is the adult care coordinator for this group. As you might remember, I have a 91-year old father who just lost his wife. My sisters and I have been scurrying about trying to cover his medical and personal needs since June. After we have all expended many vacation/personal days, I called Parents In a Pinch. Susan answered all my questions and was able to pull together help for me quickly and effortlessly. My sisters and I can finally breathe, knowing that we have this support as our back-up.

I cannot thank the firm enough for providing such a wonderful benefit and a special thank you to Susan for the comfort and support she has provided.
